what is my card?

Hi all !!!
recently i have purchased gv 800 card in chennai(india). still geovision softwares not working properly.(tried 7.0.5 (with cd),8.2 downloaded from ezcctv).

after a long 4 days struggle just now i saw inside the card i got confused

GV-650/800(S) V 3.51

printed on it.what is the model 650 or 800 (s)?. after installing drivers it shows 800 with error message drivers properly not installed. your device will not function

and conexant 878a chips+plx +geovision 0742M BC43M2 chips on the board.
if i run amcap.exe it show "sorry you have no video capture hardware" error messages.

tell me any idea
or
recommend supported other softwares except geovision.

motherboard intel 945 gcnl
ram 2 gb
150 gb hdd

Your card should have a sticker on one of the chips that states whether it is a 650 or 800 card.

Your card should also have a GeoVision barcode and hologram. Can you confirm this please.

there is no even a single sticker in my card

If your card does not have any GeoVision stickers, barcode, or hologram then it is a counterfeit card. You can contact GeoVision to confirm this at support@geovision.com.tw
